I was mostly happy with the product. I liked the clear view and the spout in the lid.
No where in the description does it tell you how many magnets are in the set. I was getting it as a joke gift for a friend and thought, "there's sure to be more inside". But no. What you see is what you get. Also, the magnets are too large to use with something like the David Statue magnets, or most photos.
The magnets were not as polished and shiny as expected for the price, but they're strong and serviceable and look good holding up documents.
I eat a lot of fresh, organic berries. Let's face it, if you're shelling out the bucks, you want those things to last longer than a day or two. Plus, I am a little pathological about mushy berries (yuck), so this seemed like a no-brainer.
I don't think I can review this particular item as the store I made the purchase from does not carry this item and instead, they sent me a different one with the excuse they are all manufactured by the same company. (I was really pissed off because I wanted a GE filter.)
As soon as I saw this cooler advertised I knew it would be perfect for poolside parties. It stores and cools dozens of bottles, cans and even king-size wine bottles. And keeps them cool for more than 24 hours. My big complaint is that the faux marble top that came with it looked as if it had been left out in the sun for a couple of years. It was faded and looked like it was covered in bird crap (it wasn't). Don't know if I accidentally got an old one, or if this is how they all look. A real summer bummer.
I must disagree with the previous reviewer. I have several of these in my pantry and they do the job quite well. They will take large diameter cans (such as 26 oz. tomato cans), regular size cans (i.e. vegetables) and family size cans (like the tall, 26 oz. Family size soup cans). Their biggest limitation is that they can accept ONLY those 3 can sizes because the can slots can only be created in 3 set widths. For that reason,I use not only this type of can storage, but also the "Cansolidator" also available on Amazon. The cansolidator cannot be used with the large 26 oz. tomato cans, but works beautifully for other cans, including tuna, small mushrooms, small evapo milk, as well as regular vegetable cans, etc. because the cans slot width is almost infinitely adjustable.
This was very ugly and cheap looking when I applied it and it was almost impossible to apply without the air bubbles. Worst thing ever. Waste of money.I took it off and got rid of it. I tried to use it as a backsplash, it was so ugly, I took it off and tiled. I would not even give it one star. But I has to give at least one. Unless you dont mind cheap looking. The material is very thin and flimsy, really hard to apply in long lenghts. Must be applied on the smoothest surface ever or you will have ugly bumps and bubbles.Don't bother.
These are the strongest magnets I have found of their type.They work very well to hold up heavy items on "magnetic painted" walls, which require a lot of power.
These are a lot of fun.
THE BUNN COFFEE DECANTERS ARE GREAT! BUT...MY HAND DOES NOT FIT INTO THE OPENING TO THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE DECANTER!I AM SOAKING THEM IN A BAKING SODA SOLUTION BUT I REALLY LIKE TO SCRUB THEM.

These are the standard filters used in many refrigerators like my Whirlpool. They filter all the water used in the ice maker and the in-door water dispenser just as you would expect them to do.
We purchased this fridge for our staff meetings to keep drinks cold.So far it has been just great!It came much sooner than expected and it came with out any damage.The packaging could have been better, however, it did come in great shape.I would recommend this product.Great buy!
I ended up spending just under $20 for this item after shipping - it really isn't worth that much!It must have cost less than $1 to make.Although it will serve its purpose of framing pictures on a magnetic surface, I will NEVER admit to anyone how much I paid for this item.
My refrigerator has an ice maker, but no built-in filter.For years, I had been buying the snap in in-line type, but the prices have been creeping up and the availability has been diminishing.
The ice maker arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed.Install was easy with the printed instructions in the box.Good company to work with.
I bought these hooks to hold up our wet dishcloths in the sink.The small magnets they come with can barely support the weight of the hook, much less anything else.Even though they're inexpensive, they're not worth the money.I'm going to have to buy magnets to glue to the back to see if I can get them to work.
I LIKE THESE FRIDGE BALLS,THEY KEEP MY PRODUCE FRESHER THAN THE GREEN BAGS.I USED TO PURCHASE THEM AT "LINEN N THINGS" WHICH HAS NOW CLOSED AND I FINALLY FOUND THEM ON LINE.IDO RECOMMEND.
Auto-defrost refrigerators/freezers cycle their temperature between 0 degrees F and above 25 degrees F.Unfortunately, this alarm doesn't accomodate the cycle resulting in false alarms.The owners manual offers a cop-out solution, "wrap the sensor in foam". OK --so how does one calibrate the sensor and know that it is set properly? It would take a lot of trial an error, adding foam, removing foam . . . who has time for that? It needs a switch where the consumer can pick the alarm temperature.
I've had this refrigerator about three months and it works fine. However, when moving it, I apparently lifted it by the top and broke a plastic part that connects the top to the unit. Warranty doesn't cover plastic parts after 30 days. They gave me phone number to order replacement parts but I gave up after being on hold for one hour.
This refrigerator looks beautiful.It will grace your kitchen with beauty.
I purchased this frig about two years ago.The feed tube to the water dispenser continuously freezes.Water is leaking from the freezer door damaging our kitchen floor.If you're mechanically inclined you'll find plenty of web sites with ideas to keep this junk running.A true testament to the quality of this machine.Otherwise, GE will direct you to a qualified repair technician who will gladly solve your problem for a small fee and look forward to the return business.
Bought this product in the fall 2008 and have had 4 GE service appointments so far. My vegetables in the crisper bin froze when it was installed and they continue to freeze despite the 4 service calls I have made. I have no grouse with the service but the product design is appalling. The solution to my frozen vegetables is to duct tape the vents between the freezer and refrigerator or so the service techs tell me ... and that still has not fixed the problem. I may just have to return this unit if this problem is not fixed.

I assumed then I bought this that it would function as advertised, it doesn't. Manufacturer advertises 10 degrees difference between the white and red zones, the temperature gauges never register more than 2-3 Degrees difference. Technician was... dispatched, did a manual read of the top and bottom temps and the difference was only 4 degrees, kitchenaid indicated that this was acceptable....Bull$8%t, I paid good money for a product that should work as advertised and it doesnt! Excellent product that was easy to install, once I figured out how and what I needed, which segues to my only gripe -- NO INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED!!!!Thank heavens for Home Depot.I took the filter to Home Depot and their helpful staff guided me to everything I needed (hose & coupling clamp kits -- would have been nice if these were included).The rest was a piece of cake.The parts weren't expensive either, about $5.00.
This is a very low quality product. It is worth no more than a dollar. In fact I've seen similar items that were much better than this one for a dollar.It is made out of some kind of soft plastic (similar to the materials used in cheap kids' kite- this is not Vinyl), which can easy rip from a pencil or a ruler. Also, there is no way that it can hold heavy stuff as they describe in the product details. BE CAREFUL the picture is misleading; it is not a package with 6 Bins. The picture is only showing all colors, which is a misrepresentation. Normally, sellers provide one color and under the picture few squares showing the available colors. However, the seller clearly says that "If you have a color preference, please state so in the comments box at checkout. However, if the color you select is not available, we will choose for you."... not sure why they provide the picture and then ask you to chose a color if at the end they will send you whatever!
Do not buy.Paid over $6,000 for a counter depth side by side.2 or 3 times per year the refrigerator side goes up to 50' and the freezer goes to below 0.Out of warranty in one year. Repairs cost $150 +.Its always the same symptom.....no one can fix it.KA has a lemon policy, but its worded in such a way that its impossible to activate.I now have an extended warranty policy that costs me about $275 for two years.Cheaper than paying for the repairs 2 or 3 x per year, but not exactly what you want from your appliance.

My husband and I purchased this refrigerator less than two years ago to replace a GE of almost 26 years - still running.Now the new Amana is not cooling and we have a service call slated for Tuesday.It took 45 minutes just to schedule an appointment and it will be 72 hours before anyone can take a look at this appliance.We are very disappointed in this turn of events.We researched and bought what we thought was a top brand from Sear's.To add insult to injury I am reading really bad reviews on practically every refrigerator.I would encourage anyone to think long and hard about purchasing any Amana product.Until it stopped working we were very happy with our purchase - we just don't intend to own an appliance that we have to keep repairing.Especially one this new.
I bought his 2 years and 4 days ago.All was well until 7 weeks ago.Since then I have had to have 4 repairmen out to fix 3 different problems, to the tune of almost $1000 in repairs.Needless to say, it is a HUGE hassle to have to "be home between 1-5pm" every few days.Repair men were at my house 3 times in just the past 7 days.Today it defrosted all over my new hardwood floor, pouring about a quart of water all over everything.
These have good holding power and are made of solid metal.Seems to be aluminum.So far, none have come apart (in contrast to the colored plastic version, see my other review on that item).My only complaint is that most (5 out of the 6 in the pack) have magnets that are not fully recessed and are also tilted, resulting in the handle being noticeably off-perpendicular.
I recently purchased the expensive GE 25 cu ft stainless frig with french doors and two bottom freezer drawers for my new home.The right door has to be slammed to close it when the left door is already closed.Whenever I go back to open the frig I notice it is sticking open.It is a design flaw that two service techs have verified.I have been battling GE for three weeks to give me a different model/type frig that actually works with no luck so far.The customer service department goes through the motions but will not acknowlege the flaw and do the right thing.The best I can hope for is to get a replacement of the same model with the same problem.
I am sorry but these never arrived or else were stolen off of the doorstep.
As another reviewer noted, these used to be 10 for $10. Now 6 for $10, pretty outrageous.
DO NOT buy ANY LG refrigerator...... EVER !!!!They are plagued with problems that can NEVER be fixed... even with an extended warrantee. The freezer fans runs continually while the elements behind the back panel freezes solid around the fan. The noise that comes out of the fan running against the ice pack can keep anyone awake all night .
We bought our unit on 09/01/2005.
Four months over warranty on this $1200 list behemoth (Maytag lists it as 21.9 cu ft), and on the third time I rolled it forward to sweep and mop, the refrigerator stops working. Entirely. No air movement. No cooling. It's only below room temp because the freezer below cools it through the insulation between the compartments! The freezer is icing up, too.
While shopping around for a new refrigerator to replace the non-workinbg one left by the previous homeowner, I saw this Frigidaire FGHS2655KP at Brandsmart. I was attracted by the fine look (ultra smooth finishing) of the doors. Then when I opened the doors to get a look at the inside, I was delighted by it the beautiful lighting, the CLEAR and SPACIOUS DOOR BINS (including 2 one-gallon and 2 Two-liter bins), the CLEAR sliding SHELVES, the CLEAR meat DRAWERS with humidity control levels.
We bought this model for use in our game room bar in July 2008.Upon delivery the temperature controller failed to work properly and the unit never cooled.The controller went completely blank in just a couple of days.The retailer refused to provide us with a new unit and sent a service technician to our house.The technician found that the wiring harness to the cooling fan had either come loose or been installed incorrectly.After connecting the wiring harness the unit began to cool but we found the digital controller still wasn't working properly.The technician asked us to use it for a couple of days to see if it worked itself out.Several days later, unable to change the temperature at all, we again called the appliance retailer and demanded a new unit.They again refused, sending the technician out again.He said he thought the entire computer was fried and needed to take the unit to his shop for service.We were without the refrigerator for three weeks while all of the electronics were replaced.When it was returned it seemed to work fine.Now, almost one year to the day after it was repaired, the temperature controller has again failed and the digital readout is blank.I expected more from a $1,000 bar refrigerator from U-Line.I would not recommend this unit based on my experience with it.Check out the Marvel or Scotsman refrigerators for roughly the same price.
When we remodeled our kitchen in 2006 we had the following criteria for our new refrigerator: counter depth, water dispenser in the door and ice maker (not necessarily in the door)
Was not exactly what I wanted however, it was in PERFECT condition otherwise. They worked very hard to assist me in returning the product. WILL DEFINITELY buy from again
The LG looks nice but the ice maker broke and the internal plastic has become brittle and easy to crack.I wouldn't recommend.

This Top Freezer Refrigerator looks nice from the outside, is roomy and runs quietly, but lacks a few things.First of all, THERE IS NO LIGHT IN THE FREEZER! In addition, there is only ONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL which is located in the refrigerator. Upgraded models have dual controls for the refrigerator and freezer which I believe would be better. The back of the refrigerator where the cover plate is located is MADE OF TIN. The cover plate is made of cardboard not metal. If you are considering buying this product, when the refrigerator is delivered make sure the tin on the back of the refrigerator is not damaged.
