I got this filter as a present.I have to advise anyone out there looking for a water filter system to be wary of the water filter system you buy.This filter system yet affordable, the filter costs almost half the price of the system and has to be changed EVERY 4 MONTHS.

I had to switch to the AQUABELLE water filter system that cost a bit more but their filter cost less than $50 and last 2 years.Buyer beware... buying a cheap water system may sound good for your pocket, butthey get you with the expensive filters that needs to be changed 3 or 4 times a year.

Important points when chosing a water filter on top or under the sink:

Expect to pay between $150-200 for a filter with those features and the price for a replacement (12, 18, 24 month) filter between $25-40
